I’ve been watching Emma Blackery for the last 5-6 years and recently I saw that she was doing a Spotify challenge- where she’s going to add a song a day for the whole of 2018- which I thought was a brilliant idea. (So I’m totally stealing it)
Music is such a brilliant and personal way to express a feeling or emotion that you’re having- so I’ll be adding one song everyday to my Spotify playlist, which you can check out here:
Of course I started with Taylor and “New Years Day”- and today, because I’ve had to heftily face up to my anxiety and mental health- I’ve gone for Fight Song by Rachel Platten.
I think this is such a fun way to get a personalised playlist to summarise an entire year. Let me know if you’re joining in!
